Data Migration Specialist (f/m), Darmstadt, ab 09.09.2013 für 6 M

Für ein Pharma Unternehmen suchen wir möglichst ab sofort Unterstützung im Bereich Daten Eingabe Bereich. Der Standort ist Darmstadt.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurate interpretation, compilation, and entering of data in the computer system.
• Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity.
• Storing correct information in the desired database locations.
• Completion of the required task within the desired deadline.
• Manage additional responsibilities including troubleshooting, file back-ups, regular updating, and retrieval of data, as and when required.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being dealt with.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent command over the English language - written and oral.
• Computer management skills.
• Speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Additional qualifications in subjects like English and Math would prove to helpful as one would be dealing with alphabetic and numerical data.
• Technical education in computer management is a plus, as employee is required to work with database software like Lotus Notes

Additional Skills of Interest

• Typing speed between 40-60 words per minute.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Lotus Notes, Sharepoint, Salesforce.com
• Previous experience with data migration (moving data from old system to new system) is helpful
