Finance Specialist for Rhein Neckar area asap

On behalf of an international successful client we are looking for an controller / financial specialist.

- Support the chief controller in managing day-to-day operations within controlling
- Support the department managers in their monthly forecasts & controlling activities
- Assist with the budget & forecast process to ensure accuracy within Global / Regional targets
- Act as an interface between controlling and IT functions
- Report, track and forecast Capital & Operational Expenditures
- Review of forecasts, actuals, purchase orders and invoices in order to identify and resolve errors and discrepancies.
- Prepare and present status reports on finances of the sub department.
- Provide monthly analysis to IT Management of Regional / Global IT cost and expenditure fluctuations
- Meet monthly with IT Business Partners/Global Controlling to ensure Forecast accuracy
- Engage with IT Management Areas to deliver cost targets based on Global Project Plans
- Employ innovation into the IT financials area such that reporting requires reduced manual effort
- English and German
