HR Business Partner (m/f) in Bonn

Our client is Europe’s largest procurement organization in the ICT industry, two operative companies based in Bonn and Paris with a Holding company in Brussels. They are looking for human resources manager who are able to recruit mainly IT roles. We are looking for someone supporting our team for around 3‐4 months during sick leave and summer break. As HR support, you assist the HR managers on the German side on all HR services. This includes the following duties:
• Support within recruiting processes
• Contract management
• Support on specific topics or projects, like preparation of salary rounds etc.
• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of all HR services
• Support Industrial Relations activities for the domain, where applicable.
Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the HR area (recruiting, HR services)
- Basic legal skills for managing HR core processes
- Ideally some experience in procurement processes and relevant profiles and skills
- Good knowledge of office programs including excel
