HR Recruitment Consultant (f/m)

On behalf of an international successful IT software company we are looking for an international experienced Recruiter Munich area, Saarbrücken area or Heidelberg area.
The Internal Recruiter is responsible for administration and supporting the Recruiting function in the specified market (Germany). The role includes providing services of requirements definition, sourcing, pre-screening, screening and closing of applicants / candidates and conducting interviews for employment. The role belongs to Talent Acquisition Organisation reporting to Recruitment manager.

TASKS
• Responsibility for recruitment of new employees and connected activities (finding new sources, advertising, etc.)
• Organizing and conducting interviews with candidates and evaluating them against required competencies
• Strong cooperation with Hiring Managers and other Business stakeholders
• Close cooperation with other teams, HRBP organization, HR mobility and teams within Prague
SKILLS
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Ability to work on multiple tasks under pressure and to deadlines
• Accuracy / attention to detail
• Customer-oriented
• Experience in working with (Internal) customers in different countries
• Good communication skills (orally and written) with internal and external parties
• Ability to work independently
• Quality driven
• MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Fluent written and spoken in English
• Experience/ knowledge in the area of recruiting is an advantage (especially recruiting of professionals)
• 3-5 years working experience in Recruitment (Sales, Consulting, IT, Corporate functions)
• Experience in an international company
• Experience working within a customer orientated environment preferred
• Experience in sourcing on XING/LinkedIn and other databases
