Senior Coordinator / Business Unit Manager in Frankfurt am Main a

On behalf of our client we are looking for an international experienced sales / consultant for an international experienced automotive company. Daily work related to Company operations for customers and suppliers.

REPONSIBILITIES:
• Development of new business for the Export/Import of Automotive parts.
• Conduct customer & supplier visits to discover new business.
• Visiting both Trading Europe (UK) and Trading Japan to discuss any commercial or order/delivery issues.
• Effective communication with all Groups (i.e. HR, IT, Accounts)
• Building of business reports and quarterly reviews.
• Support the management with the sales and budget figures, monthly and yearly.
• Develop, maintain and improve successful relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Keep a high standard of team work with direct colleagues and other teams’ members across Europe and the UK.
• Demonstrate appropriate commercial awareness and make sure that the company’s commercial position is safeguarded at all times
• Issue quotations in according to our standard terms and conditions of contract. Afterwards pass them to the Manager for authorization.
• Identify any potential problems with supplier/customer and initially take any action required; if necessary involve management in the decision making process.
• Be responsible for coordinating all aspects of your allocated customer/supplier base.
• Monitor and maintain parts list relating to your customers.
• Raise Purchase orders to allocated suppliers in line with company procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate the delivery of goods with the forwarder to our agreed point of delivery.
