Supply Chain Specialist (m/f)

On behalf of our client we are looking for a purchasing manager to support our client in Darmstadt asap. As Supply Chain Specialist Order and Demand Management (m/f) you will be the central point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for the daily operational order processing providing the customers with a high level of service. You are the interface to all internal departments with respect to the supply of products, demand forecast queries, and all aspects impacting the supply to customers. Coordination of the packaging material management ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of the packagings and the permanent product availability will also be part of your tasks.

Key tasks :
• Key contact for all external Customers regarding logistics and products
• Interface, support and coordinator for all upcoming issues within all internal departments involved
• Support of all product launches
• Coordination of all orders in regard to forecast and production capacities with Supply Planning
• Handling and processing of all incoming forecasts and customer orders
• Monitoring and Management of delivery dates
• Interface for creation of packing material between customer, graphic designer and purchasing
• Monitoring of all timelines for current production and orders to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and permanent product availability in the markets
• Management and maintenance of all master data in various IT systems

Required competencies:
• Strong Customer/Business orientation
• Profound-excellent knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehousing and Distribution processes
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of standard IT-Systems (SAP, MS Office)
