In the complex we supply portable systems for dynamic balancing VP-3460, shaft alignment SA-4300 and calibrated plates for alignment size (50x50mm, 75x75mm, 100x100mm, 125x125mm, 200x200mm), in inches we also have all the necessary range for vertical alignment of electric motors (0.002”, 0.004”, 0.008”, 0.015”, 0.020”, 0.027”, 0.039”, 0.079”, 0.118”). On request, we supply all the necessary tools for alignment. Training for all users of our portable devices and systems is free of charge at the BALTECH office or on site at your company within the agreed time frame.
Before centering the shafts, check with the service engineer for standards and tolerances. The accuracy of shaft alignment depends on the rotor speed. We always recommend using a low-cost alignment tool, because the cost of commissioning should be minimal, and your profit should be maximum. For explosive machines, we recommend using a simple mechanical system with electronic indicators SA-4200 and calibrated plates of the BALTECH-23458N series. Instead of calibrated plates, you can order cold welding in our company or adjustable supports DM, DM-SL.
