On behalf of our international successful client in Walldorf we are looking asap for a recruiter. Our client is a Software company and duration is minimum one year.

Requirements:
- University degree
- Strong knowledge of recruiting processes,
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Exceptional communications skills, fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
Ability to successfully interact with executive management, line managers and colleagues
- High presentation and negotiation skills
- High service orientation
- First recruiting experience
- German and English

Tasks
- You will identify and hire the top talents for SAP’
- Your tasks include full-cycle recruiting efforts from requirement definition through offer negotiation and hire.
- Build and enhance relationship with managers and assess hiring needs
- Work in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Global Mobility, Shared Service Center etc.
- Consult the business in all recruiting related issues:
- Assess and create job descriptions
- Prescreening and pre-selection of candidates
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Work with external agencies and works council
- Facilitate and manage the design of competitive offer packages
- Participate in HR projects
