Recruitment Consultant for Walldorf next to Heidelberg asap

On behalf of our client we are looking for support for the recruiting department. The position is based in Walldorf next to Heidelberg and our client is an international successful IT company. The initial duration are four months.

Task
As part of the HR Service Initiative, you will mainly be involved in organizing a University Info Day (UID), scheduled for May, 28th 2013. Therefore you will:

- identify top talents to visit the UID
- organize, plan and arranging the UID
- Build and enhance relationship with Partner Companies
- Work in close cooperation with Management, HR Marketing and Employer Branding

Additionally, you will be the main contact within the Recruiting Organization for topics regarding Partner Recruiting Activities especially for Graduates. Therefor you will:

- Identify further HR Services to support Partners
- Organize and take part at HR Workshops for Partners
- Support the client with implementing and organizing new Talent Initiatives

Education and Qualification/Skills and Competencies
- University degree
- First knowledge of recruiting processes
- Pro-active working attitude as well as a high service orientation
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Ability to successfully interact with management, line managers and colleagues
- High presentation and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communications skills, fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
