Part time management Assistant for Walldorf or Bensheim desired s
Our international successful client with great opportunities is looking for manager assistant. The position is based in Walldorf next to Mannheim and expected initially three month. Please be aware that this is a 70% position. The position should start at the 15th of February.
Tasks:
- Preparation and Organization of meetings and events (internal/external)
- Travel management
- Management of internal orders
- Purchase order management
- Internal Reporting
- Document management (community rooms, shared folders, portal content)
- Meeting minutes and follow-up
- Communication (Mails, Newsletters, incl. distribution list maintenance)
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong MS office skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
- German / English fluent
