Management assistant for Walldorf next to Mannheim start 1.3 part
Our international successful client with great opportunities is looking for manager assistant. The position is based in Walldorf next to Mannheim and start date is 1.3 and expected initially duration is six month. The position is four hours per day.
- Arranging meeting for the manager including coordination of team meetings and external events
- Co-ordination of travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow up like booking of travel expenses
- Booking meeting rooms / venues for the manager
- Calendar and Correspondence Management:
o Maintain/prioritize and organize Outlook calendar/folders for assigned management. Schedule appointments,
o manage inbox,
o read and respond to correspondence independently or as agreed with management.
o Provides information to managers, co-workers, customers, partners, vendors, prospects by telephone, in written form, by e-mail, or in person.
- Travel and Meeting Logistics Coordination:
o Arrange meetings (internal team & external customer/vendor/partner) and coordinate conference logistics as required.
o Schedule appointments and completes travel or conference arrangements.
o Processes expenses associated with such travel/meeting coordination for assigned management.
Requirements:
- English or German fluent
- MS Office especially outlook
- Work experience
