On behalf of an international successful software company we are looking for support for the HR department under consideration of the recruiting center. The position is based in Walldorf next to Heidelberg.

Tasks / Experience:
• Experience in Recruiting in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of the technology sector, and core business functions.
• Strong track record of consulting with and advising senior clients
• Deep knowledge of the recruitment market in either a specific geography or functional area
• Proven ability in high volume recruitment through sourcing, selection, client and candidate relationship management
• Understand the Strategy, Organisation and Operations of your allocated client group
• Consult with client to develop a clear understanding of the needs
• Advise on the best recruting strategy
• Manage the recruitment process
• Screen and select candiates
• Advise and guide managers through the process of candidate assessment and decision making
• Ensure managers and HRBPs are regularly updated on the status of recruiting in their
