Team Assistant Value Prototyping for Walldorf next to Heidelberg
On behalf of our client we are looking for office support in Walldorf next to Heidelberg. The position is part time and the initial duration is six month.
Tasks:
- Organize business trips, coordinate travel activities
- Support team and project members
- Provide ad-hoc support as needed by the team
- Provide administrative support
- Room bookings, catering, order office material, documentations, etc.
- Onboarding for new internal/external colleagues
- Vacation substitute
Qualification/Skills:
- Flexibility in working hours/ days
- Team player
- Ability to work organized and independently as well as engagement
- MS Office skills
- English, German
