On behalf of our client we are looking for a support for the IT team. The start is immediately and based in Dresden. The position is via an agency.

 Administration and configuration of relational databases in Service Center
 Drive innovation to optimize, automate and standardize the operational delivery processes
 Managing the daily operations, ensure high availability
 Strong collaboration with other units within Global IT
 Strong alignment and close cooperation with internal customers and partners

Your strengths are:
 Advanced technical background on 1 or more relational database (MSSQL, Sybase, MAXDB, DB2 UDB, MySQL, Oracle).With at least 2+ years work experience in administration
 Analyze and resolve complex issues in the context of DB and application technology stack
 Solid OS platform knowledge (ideal: Unix, Linux, Windows)
 Scripting (Perl, Shell, …) is a plus
 English

You like to work in international teams. You are able to work effectively in a de-central team and develop working relationships across the organization
