On behalf of our client we are looking for marketing support in Bonn. The anticipated start is 15.09.
Tasks:
 Developing product strategy for retail roaming for consumer segment (strategic portfolio design principles, high-level user experience and go to market strategy)
 Monitor and ensure fulfilling of the product strategy for retail roaming
 Foster best practice identification
 Definition and tracking of meaningful KPI’s to measure the product performance. Reviewing the success of new products/ portfolios
 Develop retail roaming strategy, in connection to upcoming roaming regulation, with close cooperation with other HQ functions (e.g. Public and Regulatory Affairs, Commercial roaming/wholesale, define possible Roam-like-at-home (RLAH) concepts/scenarios, their financial impact and a preferred concept. Support Public and Regulatory Affairs in lobbing for preferred solution.
 Drive data roaming retail revenue from consumer segment.
 Track the data roaming and Travel & Surf yearly performance.
 Prepare presentations on roaming strategy for various boards and meetings
 Support with ad-hoc requests for retail roaming (e.g. roaming proposition benchmarks).
 Support pricing team with any other pricing-related or project- related tasks (e.g. workshop organization).

Requirement:
 3 to 5 years professional experience in the Telco industry, sound expert knowledge ideally in Pricing and Marketing or Roaming functions, practical knowledge in the development and implementation of mobile offers and in project management
 Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, ability to structure and describe complex topics in a simple way on all management levels
 High degree of responsibility, reliability, customer service oriented attitude
 Excellent social and communication skills, in international context
 Good understanding, ideally some experience in building and interpreting business cases, sk
