Project Manger IT (m/w) for 5 Month

On behalf of an international chemical / pharmaceutical company in Darmstadt we are looking for project manager with IT background for the regulatory affairs departments. The key accountability for this position is to ensure support to the strategic initiative Zinc Maps for the upcoming 5 months.
This is to be executed especially in the following tasks:
• Organize and support User Acceptance Testing during the clustered Roll-Outs
• training session require more attendance as expected, e.g. to answer all customer’s questions and inquiries.
• Coordinate individual training session organization:
• Validation Support: several and continued preparation of change requests upcoming as system needs to be continuously improved
• CCP deconstruction form to be created
• Collect questions during the training session and maintain Question & Answer document
Requirements:
o Advance Scientific degree (BS , MS, PhD)
o Understanding of pharmaceutical business practices including clinical research and development, marketing, distribution, sales, training, and medical communications
o Previous experience working in the area of Oncology, NDD, Immunology, Fertility, Endocrinology, and Cardiology is highly preferred
o Minimum of 4 years experience in pharmaceutical industry including 2-3 years in review in the area of drug regulatory affairs
o Previous experience with validated system
o Content knowledge for User Acceptance Test
o Comfortable interacting with diverse team members
o Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment
o Excellent spoken and written English
o Project, priority, and resource management
o Excellent negotiation skills with strong solution orientation
o Capability to manage a number and range of projects and processes
o Capability to take on work under pressure and provide high volume, high quality deliverables to meet business objectives
