Project support (f/m)
On behalf of an international successful software company we are looking for a project assistant to support manager and projects. The position is based in in Walldorf next to Heidelberg and anticipated start date is the 1st of August.
Job description:
-support Project Managers in their daily tasks
-order and ship office supplies to trainers
-schedule meetings, trainings
-work with Knowledge Transfer, Education and trainers issues
Requirements:
- German and English fluent
- Practical training, university degree or education in relevant sector
- MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and Outlook excellent
- Experience in an international and intercultural environment is a plus
- Working experience in software industry / company is an advantage
