Sales support (m/w) for cloud solutions

On behalf of a software company we are looking for candidates to support the sales department. The successful candidate should have experience with cloud solutions. The position is based in Walldorf and anticipated start date is asap.
The Cloud Commercial Operations team provides global support for the Cloud Solutions Sales to selling Cloud solution portfolio. The Cloud Commercial Operations Specialist supports the Cloud Sales Team from the early stages of the deal structuring through the setup of the deal in the system and the contract stage.

Tasks:
- As part of Commercial Operations Deal Desk team, you will serve as a trusted advisor providing value added advisory services to the field to drive deal structuring and provide directions and support to the Cloud Sales Team in the early stages of the sales cycle to help them maximize value and minimize risks.
- Lead deal support across multi-functional internal teams, (Commercial Business-Partners, Rev Rec, Finance, Legal) on complex deal scenarios
- As part of the Support team, assist the Cloud Sales Teams (direct and indirect) as they execute the Quote To Cash process
- Assist in monitoring/preparing Deal Desk KPI reports
- Support quote setup in CRM to mirror the deal structure
- Provide guidance on the deal approval process to help accelerate the cycle
- Provide guidance at booking stage if needed

Requirements:
- MS Office
- Suitable education and experience is an advantage
- English and German fluent
- Strong communication skills
