Account/Customer Manager (f/m) in Darmstadt
Our client is looking for an administrative support serving customers mainly in Europe, Asia and the US market. Customers could be either interal from subsidiaries or direct customers. The job contains all typical requirements related with a customer order, starting with the creation of a quotation, booking the corresponding order and handling material returns if required. Additionally, you are responsible for customer master data administration and supporting Product Management activities for the Reactive Mesogen and Liquid Crystal business.
Qualifications:
We expect a good knowledge of SAP, good Microsoft Office standard applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) and fluent English is absolutely mandatory. You will communicate with the customers by phone and e‐mail, so should have experienced multicultural communication skills and should be keen to adapt to different personalities and business situations. Ideally, you have already worked previously in a Customer Service or Sales Support organisation and finished your apprenticeship as industrial clerk.
