Exportsachbearbeitung (m/w) in Darmstadt ab sofort

Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Darmstadt eine Unterstützung im Salesbereich für die folgenden Aufgaben:
In this position you will act as the central point of contact for customers and suppliers. You will be involved in daily operational order processing. Ensuring a constantly high level of service for customers will be part of your tasks. You will closely coordinate the single order process steps with the suppliers and capture optimization potential (e.g. processes with suppliers, circulation of documents). You will communicate effectively with customers and sales offices with respect to the supply of products, sales forecast queries, and all aspects impacting the supply to customers. Furthermore you will ensure timely information for customers about all order and shipment related matters. You will set priorities in cooperation with suppliers and commercial when product bottlenecks occur and you will handle complaints (excluding quality complaints) as well as tracing corrective measures. You will work with different payment modalities and deal with different types of payment documents. The updating of the ERP system and ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly will also belong to your role. Besides, you will provide input to sales reports, measure Key Performance Indicators and analyze and coordinate deviations from forecasts together with suppliers. All your tasks and work will be accomplished in compliance with all valid instructions and rules.
Qualifikationen:
You have an education in Business Administration as well as several years experience in the export field. Additionally, you have in-depth knowledge of supply chain processes as well as profound knowledge in the field of specialization. You are familiar with the legal requirements, import regulations and relevant laws in the assigned countries. Your knowledge of transport companies and 3PL service providers is excellent just as your SAP/R3
