Tasks:
As Business Analyst you perform scheduled activities while providing support for HR IT systems through troubleshooting and resolving problems caused by unexpected results or process flaws.

• You conduct 2nd level support for all HR IT systems and processes globally (e.g. SAP HR, SuccessFactors) while acting as a liaison between HR and IT on ongoing HR tools.
• You are responsible for incident management, problem solving, service management and change requests.
• Furthermore you manage testing and implementation of new functionalities and processes. You foster continuous improvement by proactively reviewing internal processes regarding effectiveness and efficiency.
• As Business Analyst you work in close cooperation and interaction with the HR Services Organization. You develop complex reports and accomplish analysis to support the needs of the business. Moreover you manage the process of updating organizational relationships via Global Org Management.
• You also provide consulting services related to HR IT processes for internal customers such as HR Services Centers, Business Partners, CoEs, Managers and other stakeholders. In addition you create process and training documentations as well as work instructions for other support teams or customers.
