Human Resources support / Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w)
On behalf of our client we are looking for HR assistant to support the administrative tasks for the personal management. The job is based in Walldorf and start date is asap.
SKILLS
• Business or commercial apprenticeship and further training as an HR business clerk, or degree in business administration, specializing in Human Resources
• Fluent written and spoken English and German language skills
• High standards of reliability and integrity
• Quality driven, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to keep a clear head when things get hectic
• Ability to plan and organize work well on own initiative and without supervision, must be motivated and self-driven
• Pleasant, confident manner on the phone and in person, and a distinctive customer orientation
• Enjoyment of working in a virtual team and interested in a range of different tasks
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office esp. Word, Excel including generating merge letters
TASKS
• Handle and take responsibility for processes and questions relating to personnel administration (e. g. supplements to employment contracts, certificates, references)
• Dealing with high volume data
• Answer queries of employees and managers via HR ticket, E-mail, or phone
• Contact partner and provide administrative support for HR business partners, managers, and employees
• Work closely with other teams within the HR department, personnel officers, and different specialist departments within SAP
• 2-3 years of business experience in an administrative area
