Management Assistant (f/m) for the Vice President Human Resources in Walldorf next to Heidelberg part time position
On behalf of our client we are looking for an management assistant in Walldorf next to Mannheim. The position is part time and the expected duration is two years.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Provide administrative and operational support
• Calendar and Correspondence Management: Maintain/prioritize and organize meetings and emails in Outlook
• Coordinate travel arrangements and travel expense settlements
• Fully committed to discretion and loyalty
• Organization, follow-up and tracking of meetings and events (e.g. management meetings, steering committee meetings, all-hands-meetings etc.)
• Flawless organization of daily business
• Central contact person for project stakeholders, team members and Business Partners for all administrative matters
• Build a strong and efficient internal network to collaborate with the responsible colleagues in all relevant parts of the organization and cross Board Area
• Provide controlling support in Budget and HC planning matters Contribute to local HRBP Projects
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Proven experience working in a in a fast-paced and fully confidential environment
• Reliable team player, proactive networking attributes, self-starter and self-motivated
• Professional Microsoft Office skills are required
• Prepare presentations for internal and external events
• Fluent in English and German both verbal and written
• High level of flexibility, integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to keep track of tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines
• Strong client focus and orientation
• Solid know how of MS Office products Outlook, Word and Power Point
