On behalf of our client we are looking for a first level IT support in Walldorf next to Heidelberg to support our multi media team.
Tasks:
- Organization, implementation and execution of video/telepresence conferences
- Customer support during video/telepresence conferences
- Processing and support of customer requests and problems
- Consulting activities related to video/telepresence conferencing
- Support the team in back office activities
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Flexibility in work hours as part of a global team
- Previous experience in international helpdesk or customer support is a plus
