• Develop and implement a corporate Voice and Communication strategy
• Integrate UC (VoIP, Presence and Video Conference) in IT architecture
• Manage technology partners and vendors
• establish standards UC technologies
• Establish internal processes according to ITIL
• Establish mobile device management
• Support the IT team
• Project Management of IT projects
• Managing of partners
