Secretary (m/f) Regulatory Affairs
On behalf of an international pharma / chemical company we are looking for an assistant to support the regulatory affairs department.
Tasks:
• Regular assistant job
• Retrieving data from different stakeholders, compiling and cleaning data in Excel format
• Event management for scheduled training sessions globally, including venue booking, support of country contacts with the invitations
• Balancing and booking of incoming invoices to the project cost center
• Collection of training participants listings, preparation and distribution of training certificates to the participants
Qualifications:
• Trained Secretary
• Good communication skills as daily contacts with all affiliates
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent personal organization skills
• Good knowledge of all office tools (esp. Excel, Word)
