On behalf of an international successful Software company we are looking for IT Support. The position is based in Göttingen and start date is immediately.
Tasks
- Provide 3rd level support for Setup, Test and Troubleshooting of EDI connections on Information Interchange on Demand
- Creation and periodic refinement of standard operations
- Quality Review of integration scenarios and mappings
- Prepare and conduct knowledge transfer workshops
Skills
- Technical Skills:
o Internet protocols (HTTP(S), (s)ftp, ftps, SMTP, POP3)
o EDI protols AS2, OFTP, OFTP2, X.400
o Linux Administration
o mySQL
o ITIL
o EDI (Edifact, X.12, VDA)
- German – Fluent
