Recruiter (m/w)

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Sourcer / Recruiter to support the Human resources department in Darmstadt.

Your role :
You will be responsible for filling in the vacancies at senior professional and management level for Germany and the other EMEA countries, by following global recruiting guidance and process.
You will establish a close cooperation with HRBP and business to understand the business needs and to take it into consideration for our service delivery. You ensure that clients and candidates make a positive recruitment experience and understand what our client is offering as an employer. Manage all our recruiting services (e.g. recruiting process, Interview training, consulting) like a product manager would handle a product, e.g. selling & promoting our process, understanding customer’s needs, continuously improve our products.

Who you are :
• Bachelor degree and above and 5+ years working experience in sourcing and recruiting in multinational companies
• Strong consultation and negotiation skills, ability to influence others
• Experience working in a matrix driven environment with a strong focus on results
• Familiar with recruiting management tools and system
• Fluent in German and English
