Secretary support / Administrative Support (w / m) next to Heidel
On behalf of our client we are looking for an international experienced assistant for higher management level. The position is based in Walldorf (Baden) and preferred start date is 01.10.2015. Our client is an international successful software company.
TASKS
• Perform administrational tasks like calendar management, mail-box like reading and responding to correspondence independently or as agreed with management, workflow and action tracking
• Travel planning including booking, travel expenses and visa application
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and specific topics, being proactive and able to identify and solve problems
• Prepare/administer complex (activity/expense) reports, projects, documentation and correspondence which may also require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
• Support in communication within the team and across units
• Organize and support meetings, conference calls, video conferences and telepresences including minutes preparation and action item tracking
• Assist in the organization of internal/external events or contacts and cooperation’s with external customers and partners
• Supporting other HR and Controlling tasks and processes
• Close collaboration within other Management Offices and the Leadership Team
SKILLS
• Very strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong focus on delivery – manage daily responsibilities with quality, reliability and transparency
• Great team player on all levels of the organization
• Flexible and capable of managing tasks and topics with a very broad variety; quick and eager to learn
• Familiar with SAPs internal organization, good network across the organization
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
