Supply Chain Specialist for Walldorf asap
The Procurement Associate applies basic foundation of purchasing principles and guidelines and ensures the day to day operation within the category procurement HR. Supports the team by providing information, analysing purchase orders and preparing documents including capabilities in basic office administration tasks. The position is based in Walldorf next to Heidelberg and start date is asap. Our client is an international successful IT Company.
Responsibility:
§ Reviews purchase orders
§ Negotiates smaller contracts within assigned limitations and scope of authority
§ Follows up on signature process
§ Contract management
§ Provide assistance to the team
§ Works closely with EMEA and local teams
§ Supports procurement projects
Requirement:
- Experience with procurement processes
- MS Office
- German / English fluent is an advantage
