Procurement Specialist Walldorf (Baden) asap

On behalf of our client we are looking for our client for administrative support for the procurement department asap.

Requirements:
• University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Supply chain management or a related field. Advance degree in a related field or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years extensive experience and knowledge in the procurement and global sourcing of goods and services
• Sound expertise in the area of Direct & Digital Marketing related services
• Experience in other aspects of marketing services including Advertising, Branding, Media, Sponsorships
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken, written)
• Ability to comprehend and negotiate complex supplier agreements.
• Ability to work on projects both independently and collaboratively. Ability to make sound decisions in a matrix and virtual team environment.
• Profound Project Management Skills.
• Effective and experienced communicator both internally and externally.
• Ability to recommend and make effective and sound decision within authority.
• Sound business acumen to understand and comprehend complex business requirements and translate into sourcing strategies that meet business priorities.
• Knowledge of Procurement systems and other software tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Preferably IT experience and background
