Client Relations Manager German speaking regions in Frankfurt asa

On behalf of an international client we are looking for a marketing / sales specialist for the client relationship management. The anticipated start date is asap and the position is based in Frankfurt. Please be aware that German is essential for this position
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Provides support and coordination for the company’s relationship management activities to existing clients and prospects.
• Co-ordinates new client take-on process, liaising with internal support functions & the business implementation specialist.
• Manages the communication process by gathering and handling prospective clients’ business requirements and transmitting them to internal counterparts to ensure quality client service.
• Responsible for maintaining the CRM database for clients, including documentation and recording of all client interactions and updating of client information.
• Coordinates the preparation of client materials, which may include routing items for legal/compliance review, maintaining marketing calendars, coordinating mailings and preparing client reports and statements.
• Researches and resolves routine client issues following established procedures.
• Assists with departmental projects as requested.
• Liaises with counterparts in other regional offices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Working knowledge of mutual fund/asset management industry, specifically Financial Institutions and Sub-advised business
• Strong interpersonal skills with track record of building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
• Excellent client service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
