Coordinator / Business Unit support Manager for Frankfurt am Main asap

On behalf of our client we are looking for an international experienced sales / consultant for an international experienced automotive company. Daily work related to Company operations for customers and suppliers.

The role:
Daily work related to Exports/Imports of automotive parts from the UK and Continental Europe.
• Primary role is to place orders, manage collections and arrange exports/
• Ensure part prices are updated to our customers on a regular basis, following imports to supply overseas factories from UK/E.U manufacturers.
• Main Responsibilities
• Raise invoices and purchase orders in line with customer order requirements.
• Calculate forward orders to meet production schedules and accommodate supplier and shipping lead times.
• Ensure goods are Imported/Exported through customs agent and supplied to the agreed point of delivery.
• Confirm all purchase costs and sales prices are correct and in line with the relevant quotations.
• Chase aged debt, to meet cash flow targets.
• Deal with customer and supplier queries timely on a daily basis, relaying them back through the supply route when required.
• Develop, maintain and improve successful relationships with HTE customers and suppliers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of any Quality claims, Coordinating information between customer and the manufacturer.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to existing work processes in order to improve efficiencies in the Organization.
• Keep updated an effective filing system of past and current business transactions.
