Specialist Customer Service International (m/f) for Darmstadt asa

On behalf of our client in Darmstadt we are looking for consultants to support our clients support. The position is based in Darmstadt and our client is an international successful pharmaceutical company.
Tasks:
• Key contact for all external Customers regarding logistics and products
• Interface, support and coordinator for all upcoming issues within all internal departments involved
• Support of all product launches
• Coordination of all orders in regard to forecast and production capacities with Supply Planning
• Handling and processing of all incoming forecasts and customer orders
• Monitoring and Management of delivery dates
• Interface for creation of packing material between customer, graphic designer and purchasing
• Monitoring of all timelines for current production and orders to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and permanent product availability in the markets
• Management and maintenance of all master data in various IT systems

Required competencies:
• Strong Customer/Business orientation
• Profound-excellent knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehousing and Distribution processes
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of standard IT-Systems (SAP, MS Office)
• Driving Teamwork
• Multicultural understanding, communication and diplomatic skills
• Fluent in English
• Willingness for continuing education
• Enthusiasm, drive, commitment and flexibility
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally on company business
