Technical Recruiter (f/m) for Germany

On behalf of an international successful IT software company we are looking for an international experienced Recruiter in Berlin area or Heidelberg area.
In this role we are looking for the right candidate to act as the client facing recruiter dedicated to deliver the best recruiting service possible. You will find a young and dedicated group that focuses on creating innovative software prototypes which pave the way for new and potentially revolutionary IT solutions. The work is done in small teams that draw on the diverse professional and cultural backgrounds of the team members, and cooperate directly with end users and partners on a range of problems involving big data. Through their work, the people in the innovation center interact with end users from many professions and with companies of all sizes and from a range of industries - such as healthcare, media, and energy - as well as with academic research groups. They make use of the latest technologies and build all aspects of our prototypes, from overall architecture and user-interfaces to source code.
Tasks:
• Understand business model, organization, strategy and drivers
• Understand the Recruiting Service Delivery Model
• Understand the Strategy, Organization and Operations of your allocated client group
• Consult with client to develop a clear understanding of the needs
• Advise on the best recruiting strategy
• Manage the recruitment process
• Screen and select candidates
• Advise and guide managers through the process of candidate assessment and decisionmaking
• Manage the offer process for all hires
• Ensure managers and HRBPs are regularly updated on the status of recruiting in their areas
• Ensure candidates are engaged with and motivated by opportunities (relationship management/ brand/employee value proposition)
